The Tennessee state flag consists of a logo on a red background, and a blue stripe is flying. The emblem in the middle consists of three stars on a blue circle. The main part of the flag is the logo of some companies and sports teams based in Tennessee. Examples include First Horizon Bank and the Tennessee Titans.
In 2001, the North American Virology Association surveyed 72 members of the US state, territory, and Canadian flags, ranking the Tennessee flag 14th.
History
The first Tennessee flag was proposed in 1861 before the Civil War. Also, the flag was based on the first CSA national flag and had a government seal. The next flag was a tricolor in red, white and blue.
This flag also contained the number 16 as well as the text, “Voluntary Government”. The modern flag used today was first designed in 1905.
The flag was designed by Col. Leroy Reeves, a lawyer and member of the Tennessee National Guard. The flag was officially accepted by the government on April 17, 1905. It has remained unchanged since then.
Design
The flag of Tennessee is crimson with a blue circle in the middle and consists of three white stars. These three stars show the Tennessee division into the Middle, East, and West.
The blue circle is a symbol of the eternal unity of the three branches of government. There is a crimson bar to distinguish the flag when hanging the crank.
Meaning
One of the most prominent features of the Tennessee flag is the five-pointed five-pointed star in the center. These stars symbolize large parts of Tennessee, including West Tennessee, East Tennessee and Central Tennessee.
There is a circle around the three stars that represent the unity between these three large parts.
There is also a bar at the edge of the flag. However, it does not matter in this bar, because it is added only for aesthetic purposes.
Colors
The Tennessee flag is used in three colors: red, white and blue. The rectangle is red. In the center of the flag are three five-pointed white feathers.
These stars are inside a blue circle modified with a white stripe. At the edge of the flag, there is a thin white horizontal bar and a wider blue horizontal bar.

About Tennessee State
Tennessee is a state in South America. Tennessee is the 16th most populous state in the United States and the 36th largest state in the United States in terms of area.
Its capital is Nashville and its major city is Memphis. Tennessee is bordered by Kentucky and Virginia to the north, Arkansas and Missouri to the west, North Carolina to the east, and Alabama and Mississippi to the south.

History
Ten thousand years ago, Tennessee inhabited Native Americans of various tribes. The first white man to come to Tennessee was Hernando de Soto, a Spanish explorer in 1540. Some time after the discoveries of Do Soto, the indigenous population declined and the area was mainly used as a hunting ground by the Choctaw, Cherokee, Shawnee, and Chickasaw.
William Bean was the first white permanent resident to build a cabin on the Wataga River in northeastern Tennessee in 1769.
The first constitution ever written by whites in the United States was drafted in 1772 by the Watauga Association at Sycamore Shoals near Elizabeth, Tennessee.
This pattern emerged after the founding of the Union of Iroquois Nations, a “federal” system of government created 200 years earlier for five Native American tribes.
In 1779, Jonesboro became the first rented city in present-day Tennessee. Also, by 1779, white hunters were invading Central Tennessee, followed by immigrants. They now built castles in the towns of Davidson, Robertson, and Sumner.
Tennessee settlers played a vital role in winning the American Revolutionary War.
The “Overmountain Men” helped defeat the British at the Battle of Mountain King, a victory that marked a major turning point in the war.
Tennessee was originally part of North Carolina and later became known as Franklin State.
Economy
The state had a net revenue of $ 233.997 billion in 2011, according to the US Bureau of Analysis. In 2003, the state had a per capita income of $ 2,8641, ranking 36th in the United States, and 91% of the nation’s per capita income was $ 31,472 that year.
The state’s household income is $ 38,550, which is 87% of the national household income of $ 44,472.

Geography
Tennessee borders eight other US states Kentucky in the north, North Carolina in the east, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi in the south, and Arkansas and Missouri in the west. Tennessee is equal in number of neighbors to Mississippi, which has the largest number of neighboring states.
The highest point in the state is the Klingman’s Dome at 6,643 feet (2,025 m). The shallowest point on the Mississippi River is on the Mississippi border: 178 feet (54 meters) is the state geographical center of Murfriesborough.
