Flag of the Sultanate of Oman


The color of the Oman flag is symbolic, with fertility green. White represents peace, and this shade of red is common to many of the region’s flags.

History Of flag


In the past, the Omani flag was a simple red banner that locals used this item.

This flag was used in the early 750 AD. between 1868 and 1871, the symbol of Imam of Oman or the religious leader, a white flag, served as the national flag of Oman.

In 1970, the sultan of Oman was ousted and a new sultan named Qabs ibn Sa’d came to power.

This emblem was accepted as the emblem of the Oman royal family in the 18th century and then was introduced as the national emblem of the Kingdom of Oman.

Oman, officially the Sultanate of Oman (Arabic: Sultanate of Oman) is a kingdom in the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula.

The temperature is generally announced as 25 degrees and the sunlight is high in this country for summer.

Oman is the second largest country on the Arabian Peninsula. The highest peak of Oman is Hajar Mountain.

The mountainous areas of Oman are a good option for rock climbing, and in general, many rocks can be seen in this country in terms of antiquity.
